Too few fillable job orders.
Every week, a list of quiet past clients who are hiring again and the new companies hiring in the sector, with the message written for each. The recruiters press send.
Alchemi
What Alchemi does, how it works, and who is behind it.
01
Transformation is architected, not announced.
Alchemi starts by looking at how a business actually works: where the orders come from, where the replies stall, and what the owner can see on a Monday. Then it designs simple processes for each of those points and grows the business's capability one detail at a time, with the right structure behind each piece. That is how it was done inside organisations before, and it is how it is done inside an agency now.
02
Alchemi finds the hidden leaks in a recruitment agency's revenue process, fixes them one at a time, and shows the effect on the bottom line.
Three leaks cost an agency the most, and each gets one fix that runs inside the tools the agency already uses.
Every week, a list of quiet past clients who are hiring again and the new companies hiring in the sector, with the message written for each. The recruiters press send.
Every day, the submissions stuck with a client and the fee at risk on each, with the reminder written.
Every Monday, one page with the placements, the cash, and the risks coming.
One kickoff, one audit readout, one review a month. Everything else is written.
The lists, the reminders, and the Monday forecast arrive in the tools the agency already uses. No new software.
Read-only access to the recruitment software, or a clean export. Alchemi never holds a client's logins. How your data is handled.
One system for every client, with one settings file per agency. No one-off builds, so every improvement reaches every client.

An operator, not an AI vendor.
Arfan led global strategy for an organisation that places young people in roles abroad across more than a hundred countries, including the US and Canada. Yearly placements grew from about 6,000 to about 10,000 while he ran it.

That organisation is AIESEC. He was President of AIESEC International in 2025, leading a team of 19 people from 16 nationalities across departments, in an organisation of about 30,000. Before that he was its head of marketing, and before that its head of digital products. He led the organisation's software and digital strategy, was responsible for its metrics and growth, and ran campaigns that reached about one million people worldwide. Along the way he led a major organisational change.
His background is marketing, go-to-market and digital marketing, with a strong technical side. That combination of leadership, marketing and technical depth is what he brings to a recruitment agency: he has run a placement operation at scale, and he can build the system that runs inside yours.

Earlier, he worked with grassroots organisations in South Asia, helping them scale and build their B2B strategies. He is an MBA candidate at the University of the West of Scotland and the founder of Alchemi.
This is Arfan's personal track record. AIESEC is not connected to Alchemi.

I believe young people unlock a better future for everyone, and that human potential is unlocked through experience and through jobs. That is what worked at scale in the organisation I led. Alchemi is a new venture to take what worked there to the businesses that create those jobs, so they can make the most of the opportunities they create.
