How it runs

From kickoff to day 60

The same five steps every time: name the outcome, measure the corners, build the weakest first, start the Monday rhythm, and hand it over to your team.

01

Day 0 to day 60

Few calls: one kickoff, one audit readout, one review a month. Everything else is written.

  1. Day 0

    Kickoff

The kickoff takes thirty minutes with the founder. We agree the outcome, 5 new job orders by day 60, how the baseline is measured, and who presses send. Day 14, day 30 and day 60 go into both calendars.

01 · Name the outcomeThe Outcome

  2. Days 0 to 3

    Access

Read-only access to your recruitment software, or a clean export, within 3 working days of kickoff. Day 0 is the kickoff date; if read-only access or the export arrives more than 3 working days after kickoff, day 0 moves to the day it arrives.

    Intelligence

  3. Days 1 to 5

    The baseline

We measure where you start, from your own records: open job orders, stalled submissions and the fee at risk on each, how fast clients reply, and your quiet past clients. You sign it off, and we both keep a copy.

    02 · Measure the cornersIntelligence

  4. 72 hours after a clean export

    Your first list

Companies hiring right now, with a message written for each. Your recruiters send it from their own mailboxes within two working days.

    Speed

  5. Day 14

    Live, trained and handed over

All three parts live inside the tools you already use. We read out the audit, train your team in a recorded session, and hand over the playbook, the job order scorecard and a one-page AI use policy.

03 · Build the weakest first05 · Hand it over to the teamPeople

  6. Every Monday after day 14

The Monday page and a 15-minute check

One page with the placements, the cash, the risks coming and your team's two numbers. You run a 15-minute check on it with your recruiters, and the team picks this week's one change on the weakest corner. Next Monday's number decides whether it stays.

04 · Start the Monday rhythmThe Outcome

  7. Day 30

    The first job order

You should see the first job order inside 30 days. If you don't, we talk on day 30 about what's in the way.

  8. Every month

    The review

Once a month we review the numbers with you, in a 30-minute meeting booked to recur.

    People

  9. Day 60

    The outcome

5 new job orders, and your clients replying a third faster.

    The Outcome

  10. After day 60

    Month to month

60 days, then month to month, 14 days' notice either side.

02

The deal

Your part

Your recruiters send the messages we write within two working days, and you join one review a month.

Two numbers your recruiters control: Coverage, the week's list sent within two working days; Chase, every stalled submission chased within three. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays; times are US Eastern.

By day 60

Do that, and by day 60 you have 5 new job orders and your clients are replying a third faster.

If not

If either one is missing, you stop paying and we keep working at no charge until you have both.

No charge means your fees pause from day 61 and the work goes on, for up to 60 more days.

  • Nothing new to learn: the decisions, the chasing and the writing land in one place, ready for one click.
  • No long contract.
  • Your data stays read-only.

03

Promises in writing
