The guarantee
What counts as a new job order?
A role not open with your agency at kickoff, from any source, including a quiet or lost past client won back. A further role from a client that already had one open at kickoff does not count.
When should we see the first job order?
You should see the first job order inside 30 days. If you don't, we talk on day 30 about what's in the way.
What happens if the five don't come?
From day 61, your fees pause and we keep working at no charge for up to 60 more days. The same applies if your clients are not replying a third faster by day 60, against the baseline measured in the 14-day audit.
How long is the agreement?
60 days, then month to month, 14 days' notice either side.
What does it cost?
The fees are set out in a written proposal, sent after the 15-minute call.
Getting started
What do you need from us to start?
Read-only access to your recruitment software, or a clean export, within 3 working days of kickoff, and two hours of your time.
Which recruitment software do you work with?
You give Alchemi a read-only user in your recruitment software, such as Bullhorn or Crelate, or you send a clean export from it. Either one is enough to start.
When does the first list arrive?
Within 72 hours of a clean data export. Day 0 is the kickoff date; if read-only access or the export arrives more than 3 working days after kickoff, day 0 moves to the day it arrives.
What is our part?
Two numbers your recruiters control: Coverage, the week's list sent within two working days; Chase, every stalled submission chased within three. And you join one review a month. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays; times are US Eastern.
What do we keep?
The lists, drafts, playbook, and training recording delivered to you are yours to keep. What stays with your team.
Your data
Who sends the messages?
By default your recruiters press send, from their own mailboxes. On your written instruction the crew sends from those same mailboxes under your rules, with an Edit, Send or Skip step on each message. Alchemi never sends from its own address and holds no logins.
Do you need our logins?
Access is a read-only user or an export, never your password or a shared browser session. Alchemi never holds a client's logins or cookies.
Do you score candidates?
Candidates are never scored. Alchemi scores job orders and clients, not people.
What happens to our data?
Three processors handle your data for Alchemi: Hostinger (the server), Anthropic (the Claude model) and TypeSafe (Jev). None of them may use it to train a model. How your data is handled.

With every client we commit to one change a week, on the weakest corner. The team proposes it, the owner picks it, and next Monday's number decides whether it stays.
Do you work outside recruitment?
