The promise sits at the front of the offer: 5 new job orders in 60 days. The first list arrives 72 hours after a clean export, and the full system is live in 14 days. Everything else on this page explains how that promise is counted and what each side has to do.
What counts as a new job order?
A new job order is a role that was not open with your agency at kickoff, from any source. That includes a quiet or lost past client you win back.
A further role from a client that already had one open at kickoff does not count. We write that into the proposal and the agreement so nobody argues about it on day 58.
What happens if the five don't come?
From day 61, your fees pause and we keep working at no charge for up to 60 more days. Billing resumes on the first invoice date after both guarantees are met.
There is a second guarantee with the same remedy. Your clients should reply a third faster by day 60. We measure that against a baseline taken in the 14-day audit, before anything changes, so the comparison uses your own numbers.
You should also see the first job order inside 30 days. If you don't, we talk on day 30 about what is in the way.
What does the agency have to do?
Two things your recruiters control. The first is coverage: the week's list of drafted messages goes out within two working days. The second is chase: every stalled submission is chased within three.
You also join one review a month. We ask for this because we can only guarantee what we can influence. A list nobody sends produces nothing, and we would rather say so up front.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Times are US Eastern.
How fast does it start?
The first list arrives within 72 hours of a clean data export. The full system is live within 14 days of access.
To begin, we need read-only access to your recruitment software, or a clean export from it, within 3 working days of kickoff, plus two hours of your time. Day 0 is the kickoff date. If access or the export arrives more than 3 working days after kickoff, day 0 moves to the day it arrives.
Who is it for?
Founder-led recruitment agencies in the US and Canada that place professional or technical staff, mostly on contingency. Founder-led matters because the person who decides is the person we talk to. We do not take on healthcare staffing, high-volume temp staffing or skilled-trades staffing.
What does it cost?
The fees are set out in a written proposal, sent after the 15-minute call. Tools included; model usage billed at cost.
The agreement runs 60 days, matching the guarantee. After that it goes month to month, with 14 days' notice on either side.
